Evans and Susanna Lam Host LA Alumni Dinner

Evans and Susanna Lam

Simon alumni gathered earlier this month for the Los Angeles Alumni Dinner hosted by Evans and Susanna Lam at Lunasia Chinese Cuisine in Alhambra. More than 20 alumni and several current students attended the event that was planned, organized and hosted by the Lams. A longtime supporter of the Simon School, Evans Lam, BA ’83, MBA ’84 (pictured above with his wife, Susanna), is a member of the Simon National Council, the George Eastman Circle and the Executive Advisory Committee. He is senior vice president, investments and senior portfolio manager at UBS Financial Services. Among the alumni in attendance were: Harvey Jacobson ’82 (pictured below, standing far left), president of California Financial Partners Inc. and member of the Executive Advisory Committee, and his wife, Angela; Steven Lazarus ’74 PhD, president and CEO of Boundary Information Group, and his wife, Elissa; and Sean Carroll ’02, commander of the U.S. Coast Guard. Delores Conway, associate dean for masters programs and professor of statistics and real estate economics, also attended and shared an update from the Simon School. Several of the alums are working to build the alumni network in Southern California. The event provided a wonderful opportunity for both networking and socializing. Special thanks to the Lams for hosting such a meaningful event!
